"Hotel Bananas"
Come see the usual suspects: Dick Monday, Tiffany Riley, Larry Pisoni, Hilary Chaplain, Joel Jeske, Mark Gindick, Hovey Burgess and Special Guest Greg DeSanto!

Three nights only. Visit www.theflea.org for tickets!

First presented in 1999 at the ArcLight Theater in New York City, The Goof Family Christmas Special is a spoof on the old Bing Crosby and Andy Williams Christmas Specials, featuring a cast full of Goofs and including a five minute version of the Nutcracker Suite. This show can be produced with between 5 & 10 performers.

Clown Brain was first presented in Fall 2002 at The Flea Theater in NYC.

Hopped Up on Goofballs was first presented in Summer 1999, and 2001 at The Flea Theater in New York City, is a modern day variety show with wacky characters contemporary to today's audience. The first run was for six weeks, and the Goofs presented an entirely new show each week - much like Your Show of Shows.

Noses Off is the story of Frank "Slivers" Oakley, a famous clown who starred in the Ringling Circus in the early nineteen hundreds. He went from being paid $1,000 a week as the star clown to being paid $50 a week along with 50 other clowns. Shortly after this change, he committed suicide.

Festival Stage Show
The New York Goofs present a live comedy variety show with a cast of crazies (5 to 8 performers) who dance, juggle, play music, and parody the foibles and inconsistencies of human existence. If anyone in the audience can?t find a laugh in this show, check their pulse. Show length can vary from 15 minutes to 50 minutes.

Fascination
This hour long theatrical clown show is a battle of wits between a concert pianist and his two servants. Exploring the wonders of the Classic Trio, the Goofs transform chaos into music and prove eventually that three people can get along.

The cast of "Fascination" plays 9 musical instruments including concertina and musical saw, dances the Charleston, Flamenco, and the Electric Slide. Juggles hats, balls, plates, and feathers, and makes objects and humans magically float through space.

But the show is really about the relationship of these three characters, Jeske, Monday and Slappy. If you like the Marx Brothers or Spike Jones, you're probably old enough to have been exposed to the golden age of comedy. "Fascination" takes the magic of classic comedy and reshapes it into a retro-hip performance for audiences young and old alike.

Slappy and Monday- Show Emcees
The founders of the Goofs, Tiffany Riley and Dick Monday, serve as hosts of any kind of program by welcoming the audience and doing the introductions of show participants. Each transition includes a comic reprise to cover any stage sets or strikes and helps give the program a feeling of continuity.

CLOWN BRAIN - a clown play about a clown and his therapist and the visual explorations that explain the origin of the clown's brain. First presented Fall 2002, The Flea Theater NYC.
