"Noses Off", is the story of Frank "Slivers" Oakley, a famous clown who starred in the Ringling Circus in the early nineteen hundreds. He went from being paid $1,000 a week as the star clown to being paid $50 a week along with 50 other clowns. Shortly after this change, he committed suicide.
